Returns Policy
We accept returns if:

• Item is in perfect, unworn condition

• No stains, marks, or odors

• No missing embellishments/beading

• Tags are still attached and undamaged

Important:

• Return postage is paid by the customer and deducted from the refund

• Original delivery fees are non-refundable

How to Return an Item

• Email us your order details and reason for return.

• Wait up to 3 business days to receive your return slip and instructions.

• Package the item securely.

• Send the item back to us using the provided return slip.

• We will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy.

• If approved, we will process your refund minus the return postage fee within a few days.

• If the item fails inspection, we will contact you. You will be responsible for postage to have the item returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
